Editorial policy

Resi News Wire reports on one-off homes in England and Wales: new-build and replacement dwellings, Paragraph 84 country houses, conversions, retrofit, and homes on sensitive sites such as listed buildings, conservation areas, National Landscapes and National Parks. We give priority to London and the South of England.

How we report

Each day our newsroom reviews architect practice websites, the planning and architecture press, self-build and homes titles, and low-energy building organisations. We only report on stories we can read in full, and every report is written fresh in our own words and house style.

Attribution

Every report links to where the news was first published. We do not reproduce other publishers' text or photographs. Our articles are text-only.

One story, once

Before publishing, we check each story against everything we have already reported so the same news is not covered twice.

Corrections

If you spot an error, contact the practice or publisher named as the source, and we will update our report.
